Having worked for Brunel from the age of 14, Brian has grown and evolved with the Company. He became MD in 2018, following his father’s retirement, and his hands-on approach ensures that we continue to grow, while delivering the high-quality service Brunel is known for.
GROUP ACCOUNTANT & COMPANY SECRETARY
After a successful solo accounting career Eleanor joined the family business in 2019 taking responsibility for HR & Finance across the whole Group. An integral part of the team, Eleanor supports our staff and is a driving force in pushing the Group forward.
Max joined the Group after retiring from semi-professional rugby. Max has worked across all sectors of the business, but the majority of this time is now focused on his new role in the Group as MD of Plymouth Albion RFC. He remains a key part of Brunel’s continued success.
Former Military man Steve has over 20 years’ experience in the Transport Sector. Responsible for maintenance and safety of all our vehicles, Steve is the oracle of fleet management and logistics. He’s never afraid to get his hands dirty and muck in with his team.
David Venables, for use of a better phrase is the ‘founding father’ of the Group. David stepped down as Managing Director in 2018 and handed the reins over to his children. You will more than likely find him at Plymouth Albion RFC enjoying his well-earned retirement.
